The challenge of integrating a third party service into a client’s web site involves transparency between the applications and ensuring that the end user does not feel as if they are leaving the association’s home site. With Single Sign On, once an end user logs into the organization site, no additional logins are necessary in order to view the community portal. This helps to complete a cohesive community feel. Each client‘s site and master pages are customized through CSS style sheets to look identical to the association’s web design.
